Support can help with login, email verification, password reset, itch.io ownership linking, activation resets, checksum verification, refund-request review, and license-status evidence. itch.io handles payment records, receipts, taxes, and file delivery.
Support does not manage store submissions, ratings, platform compliance, app signing certificates, third-party asset rights, contractors, or custom project development.
Support may require account verification before changing license or activation state. Support actions that affect entitlements or activations require roles, MFA, reasons, and audit logs.
